"The caring of a patient by Staff at ground level."

About: NHS Forth Valley

(as the patient),

During May,2010, I was admitted as a voluntary patient ,to Ward 17 Unit 2, where I remained for five weeks. I had reached an all time low mentally and emotionally. I was treated with dignity and genuine care,by all the Staff who wished me back on the road to health. The domestics on that Ward, were also caring as were the occupational therapists . The food was good and ample. I find too much attention is given to the Manager/s, of Hospitals, and not much attention given to the workers at ground level.
