The care I received after my operation on E15 was fantastic.. The standards could not have been better. I was in for 10 days after needing surgery last June & the consultant & his team are one of the best in the country. The consultant was very good & caring & involved me in all aspects of my treatment keeping me informed.. The nurses were great & my stay in hospital could not have Been any better. They service was very good & no job was hard for the nurses even if it was a chat & resurrance you wanted you would get. Being not able to move for a good 5 days as I had a epidural for pain relief all my care was given n I was treated with dignity even at nights wen I required doctors to come & see me they were very good in what was a hard time for me as I was in pain. I am greatful to mr beckingham & his team for all they did & I am glad after much debate as to were to have my surgery I choose the right surgon & hospital.The after care is very good as they continue to monitor me in out patients. The ward was clean but the food could improve.
