After being on ESA for a few months I received a letter to attend Atos Healthcare for a medical check. This was all completely new to me. I researched Atos Healthcare online and found many negative remarks ranging from uncomfortable seating to poorly qualified assessors. None of these reviews were from my part of the country (North West England) so I decided to put my findings here.
For my privacy I'm purposely not being specific about which Atos I attended. I am a person who easily gets wound up if anyone is impolite to me. I can say that all members of staff who spoke to me were very polite. The seating was comfortable. There was a toilet nearby for me to use and they were not running behind time.
At this stage I've only had the assessment I realise I'm only presenting part of the story.
I just mainly wanted to let people know that my first experience of Atos Healthcare was fine.
