I had an ear lobe repair operation this morning and could not have been in better hands. Suffering from an anxiety disorder made me very very nervous (more so than normal). The Consultant Surgeon and one of the Nurses were wonderful. They helped me through a very basic procedure with calming words and constant reassurance.
It is wonderful to know that such wonderful people are employed at my local hospital. 11 out of 10 and a Platinum star should be awarded to them all.
