"Told that siblings could not hold the baby"

One member of staff on the Baby Special Care Unit at North Cumbria Hospital spoke very rudely towards me on two occasions, and told me that siblings were not allowed to hold the baby - including the father of the child, bearing in mind the baby was not in an incubator or attached to any wire of any kind.

I also asked a member of staff where the complaint form was and I was told they did not know! I found this very rude, unhelpful and embarrassing as this took place in front of other people.
