"Car Park Ticket Machines again"

I reported this as a concern on Patient Opinion two months ago.

When I visited RJAH hospital again this week there was just one ticket machine working, with visitors walking around from one machine to another.

I know this is not directly a concern about health and care, but it is very annoying and shows the hospital in a bad light. It is, after all, the first thing you experience when you visit the hospital, and you wonder what the rest of the organisation will be like.

Thank you for your valued feedback. The Estates department are currently exploring options for improving car parking at the Trust which will include the Pay & Display machines and improving their reliability. As part of developments to improve the new main hospital entrance, car parking facilities will be upgraded.
