About: St Helier Hospital

Anything else?

My recent visit was very different to my visit on 30.8.2010 when I arrived in A+E in anaplylactic shock, on this occasion I had a few hours earlier fallen down a flight of stairs and was in so much pain I could hardly walk, I requested an x-ray but was refused and sent home with painkillers, I visited another hospital was given an x-ray and it confirmed that I had fractured my rib cage.FracturesPainkillersOpening hoursX-rayX-ray

We are concerned to read your comments and would ask that you contact our Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS) on 020 8296 2508 or email pals@esth.nhs.uk to discuss this matter further. This is clearly not the level of care we would ever expect to provide.
