What I liked

Care, understanding and swift treatment all exceeded my expectations. My needle phobia and anxiousness were treated with kindness and genuine concern and I was not made to feel silly.

The mug of fresh hot tea and the lovely warm toast and butter were just what I needed.

What could be improved

nothing!!!

Anything else?

I want to particularly mention the team, in clinic 12 for my pre op assessment also the team in clinic 5 and particularly the team in the Day Case Unit who looked after me so well from arrival to departure. Thank you to you all.PhobiasPatient careTemperatureReception
