I went to Chase Farm for a nose manipulation operation. I felt the doctor who performed first my examination and then my operation was pretty ignorant. I told him what the damage was to my nose and I tried to show him. He insisted that the damage to my nose was limited to what was written in the A&E initial assessment.
My nose was broken and they insisted it wasn't.
Needless to say the operation was a failure. After wearing a splint for a week after the operation, when I took it off my nose sprang back to the way it was before the operation.
I went to my doctor and asked for a change of hospital to another hospital. She recommended Wittington hospital. I went for my assessment. The doctor confirmed that my nose had indeed been broken. And I am now waiting for my operation.
