What I liked
I visited A&E ward four times in December 2010 and January 2011. I suffered from "baseball finger" and this was my first ever visit to an A&E department anywhere. I expected to spend hours waiting in the queue but I was pleasantly surprised. During the first visit I spent an hour and a half during which I was initially assessed, given an X-ray and seen by a consultant who explained everything I needed to know and advised me how to wear finger splint. I was booked to return in two weeks for a check up and given exact time of the appointment. My second, third and the last visits were very brief, each lasted less than half an hour and I was imporessed by the professionalism of your staff. I give you full marks! By the way, my finger has fully recovered and you have made me very happy.AppointmentsOpening hoursProfessionalismX-rayX-rayConsultants
