I have been an outpatient here for years. I feel they are the most incompetent staff I have ever seen - in my case, it has been impossible to get even the smallest thing done, in fact i have given up with them !
I feel that they'd rather not deal with me - I have had zero follow up, even when they have sent me to hospital as an inpatient, I have not heard from them again.
There is a duty worker available 9-5, who they've told me to call if I need help, but I feel that they are try to get rid of you as quickly as possible, and refuse to offer any help at all!
