What I liked

Very good facilities, really liked having my own room and bathroom. Quiet and comfortable.

Nursing staff, doctors, physio's in both South HDU and on the 4th floor were excellent, a real credit to the NHS. Also very polite cleaning and catering staff.

Food hit and miss, though I am pretty fussy anyway and you can never please everyone :)

Also most importantly, I felt in very safe hands, even when things didn't quite go to plan and I required additional surgery and a longer stay. I am eternally grateful for the care I received - they saved my life!

Going into hospital is never a pleasant experience but the Heart Hospital makes it more bearable :)

What could be improved
