I am so sorry to hear about the death of your wife. Please accept my condolences on behalf of the Trust – this must be a very distressing time for you, and yet you were kind enough to find the time to commend the staff who looked after you on ward 44 at Tameside Hospital. I will make sure the staff are aware of these comments. They work very hard to ensure patients and relatives are more than satisfied with the care they receive.

Best wishes

Philip Dylak

DIRECTOR OF NURSING

Would you like to help the hospital to improve its services further? We are currently looking for patients and carers to become involved in a development called “Patient Stories”. We want to know more about our services from the point of view of those who received them – what was good, bad, what could be improved, what should be changed. Want to know more about what’s involved?

Please contact Philip Dylak, Director of Nursing at philip.dylak@tgh.nhs.uk
