What could be improved
As well as being misdiagnosed, which led to me being hospitalised (fortunately not at the L&D) and having to undergo surgery, the consultant took a personal phone call about interior decorating during my consulation, the equipment I was being examined with had to be replaced twice as it didn't work, the prescription I was given was unintelligible to the chemist, and when I phoned to ask about the prescription the receptionist was rude to me even though I was obviously upset.PrescriptionsSurgeryDiagnosisRudeTelephoneConsultantsReception staff
