"Well informed and trusted staff."

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

What I liked

The patience all the staff shown with my child who has learning difficulties and is very anxious of hospitals. The kindness. The professionalism. How well informed they kept us as parents of what was happening and what was going to happen. My child was hard work and totally uncooperative and they all worked well from ENT staff to theatre staff to childrens ward staff. To sum all the staff up that day in one word I would use "excellent"

What could be improved

I don't think they could have improved on anything that day to be honest.

Anything else?

Thank you.ProfessionalismChildren

Thank you greatly for posting your comments about Queen’s Hospital. We deal with a tremendous variety of patients on a daily basis with a multitude of different needs and tolerances. A hospital environment can be daunting for any patient so it is excellent to hear that Queen’s staff provided you and your child with the time and care required to help ease any anxieties.

Luci Blackwell, Associate Director of Medicine.
