What I liked

My out-patient visit to the Opthalmology Department was very well organised to ensure maximum use of time with no delays. Good teamwork.

Plenty of time was taken to explain the examination and the results.

Pleasant environment.

Whilst my reply to you is extremely late I would like to say that your feedback is still very valuable to us. We have only recently developed the methods for reading and replying to postings here on a regular basis and felt it important to track back through older stories as well - there is always something to learn even after such time; for example the importance of teamwork and efficiency will always be a key point for us.
