What could be improved
Accidently cancelled my appointment via choose and book. Immediately tried to rebook but all of a sudden no available appointments.
Rang Will Adams this morning, they said scheduler would rung me back but no one has. Dont think they really care.
Anything else?
Go to Medway Hospital or anywhere other than Will AdamsAppointmentsCancellationsChoose and BookPatient care
