What I liked
The doctor who finally saw us was fantastic for the 30seconds he spared for my son to be seen. His attitude was fine and he was considerate of my son only being 18months old.
What could be improved
Well the triage nurse was completely rude and quite disrespectful aswel as undermining. I brought my son in at half 6 at night he had fallen onto a bottle and his teeth had gone through one side of his mouth to other. As a young mother i was obviously concerned, however pratically got laughed out of the room i then had a 4 1/2 wait with a very distressed little boy even though there were only 3 people in the waiting room. The childrens playing area was very unclean with a toy covered in sick in the corner which screams to me that this room isn't cleaned regularly enough. If anything was to be improved it would be for staff not be so rude to patients and abit more considerate as i watched a receptionist shout at a old gentleman because he was pushing a chair instead of pulling it, her tone was sarcastic and uncalled for out of 10 i would say 2/10 with everything in the news in the last yr or so i am suprised to be treated in such a way. i think that this is disgusting and i'm appalled by it.TriageAttitudeCleanlinessConsiderateRudeChildrenDoctorsReception staff
