What I liked

I am a regular patient at this hospital, Visiting Cardiology, ENT and Orthopedics at least 4 times a month and as well as these I have made visits to A&E, X-RAY and Physio and so, I have quite a well rounded view of different places in this hospital. I would be lying if I said I had never had a problem with the hospital staff, facilities, waiting rooms etc, but really, let's face it, it doesn't matter which hospital you visit. You will always find a problem if you look deep enough. I have been treated with repect every time I have been at the hospital which is hard to say, being that I am a teenage boy. Of course, some times the waiting rooms are a bit cramped but couldn't you just say that it is caused by the medical staff taking their time with each patient, making sure they are well looked after and given the same amount of time and care? In this hospital there is no favouritism. The receptionists are helpful and are straight to the point. No I have not been hired by Royal Blackburn as a guarantee for a good review.
