What I liked

The general medical care and nursing care on the wards was good but A&E is a disgrace. Due to lack of staff. My relative died because of lack of care. Her lungs were ok when she went to A&E but died of a lung infection. A very distressing experience for loved ones to watch.

Whilst a sadistic sister argued with and reprimanded a poor nurse my relative choked to death.

What could be improved

A & E I would not recommend A & E to anyone the doctors and most nurses do their best they just are not enough of them.

Anything else?
