(as the patient),

I arrived slightly early and was called for my appointment spot on time,The doctor who was dealing with my problem was absolutely excellent.He did a very thorough examination on my ears nose and throat and explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it.His diagnoses of my problem was excellent and I was very happy with what he said,and the way he treated me.
