What I liked
Friendly, attentive staff. Clean in A&E and AAU.
What could be improved
Patients could really do with more privacy but not sure what the answer is!

My husband was taken by ambulance to A&E early this morning. The ambulance staff were fantastic - very friendly and reassuring. Staff in A&E were friendly and caring. He was moved to AAU ward where again staff were friendly. The room was clean.AttentiveCleanlinessPrivacyReassuringAmbulanceParamedics
