What I liked
Could'nt find the Royal Eye Department on the menue. After several visits over the last 12 months my wife suffered the sight loss in half of her left eye. One phone call to the Royal Eye, and we were on our way.
During the 4 weekly visits i could not have asked for more.The staff were caring, professional, and very helpful at all times, in what was a very worrying and stressful time.
At one point my wife was taking ill in the waiting area, the immediate response of the staff was so re assuring . Tests to see if she was diabetic, bloods, temperature, they made her comfortable etc etc.
I hear so many complaints about hospitals but i could not find fault with any service the i myself and wife have received. Thank you, you are appreciated and its so good to know that you are there.
