Absolutely nothing.
What could be improved
Absolutely everthing. I note they comment on the positive feedback but they are strangely quiet on the negative ones. How about improving on the negative aspects instead of pating yourself on the back when you provide the minimum of care required. I have been trying to sort out an urology appointment for several day now. No phones calls returned by the consultant's admin staff. Total indifference from them.
They should note they are public servants, they serve the public not themselves.
