(as a staff member),

As a staff member facilitating this group, these are the comments that were received on evaluation of the 10 week course:

"it was great being in a group and sharing thoughts and anxieties - outside this room I feel isolated"

"many thanks to all involved in keeping me sane over the last ten weeks. A very good course, has helped me control bits of my life"

"the whole course was much enjoyed by me and meeting kindred spirits was wonderful!"

"knowing there were different managing techniques was encouraging and useful - I may use them in the future"

"meeting others here has given me strength - given me confidence"

Thank you for gathering and sharing this feedback which is always valued. It would be helpful if you could let us know which in area of the Trust this group take place so the relevant manager can be made aware of these comments.
