I have been coming to this hospital for a blood test for few years now and have always liked the surroundings and the staff. Today I phoned to make an appointment for a Fasting blood Test, the person that answered the phone was very discourteous and rude. When I asked what times were available for the appointment they asked me if I knew what times the clinic opened. I told them that I had no idea and that I only wanted to know what times were available so that I can decide when I can come. They avoided my questions and never gave me a straight answer.
