What I liked

My daughter broke her arm & she was terrified of going to the hospital. Every member of staff that we saw was brilliant. They really helped to put her mind at ease. The Dr who plastered her arm even went to the trouble of plastering her dads first, to show her what would be done. She was so upset at having to go but you could see the relief on her face by the time we left. i can not thank the staff ebough for everything they did. especially the Dr who put the plaster on.
