What I liked

The reception staff & accompanying nurse were very welcoming and helpful

What could be improved

The way I was spoken to my the consultant was absolutely disgraceful & I left in tears after 5 minutes. Thankfully, the nurse who was in the room as well was very helpful, and actually spoke to me afterwards like a normal human being.
