What I liked

nothing, all i got was excuse over excuse and rubbish treatment

staff working together, students learning being monitored properly, and the general cleanliness.

got into gynae surgery at 7am? got told they had tried to contact me to tell me my op was cancelled. which they never did, 7.30 am ..op cancelled, 9.30 am under anaesthesia having said cancelled op, 2 hours on recovery as theres no beds for me on the ward.

was meant to be released at 6pm, but that got to 9pm coz i was on a drip, which the nurse hadn't even turned on for 3 hours! then when they finally released me they "forgot" to give me discharge care pack with wound care info and a letter for the nurse at my local youth centre to say i had been discharged and hadn't just walked out. so i couldn't get after care anywhere, this team are over stretched and stressed, and as they are are providing some appalling care, and are positively rude, and they make stuff up to put on your patient health and observation charts too. not the experience a nervous learning disabled patient really needed. oh and altho i went in clear from MRSA iv come out infected with it! thanks for that.CancellationsAnaesthesiaInfectionsSurgeryWoundsNervousOpening hoursPatient careRudeBedsCleanliness
