What I liked

Clear communication, excellent care and attention in wards and attention during examination and surgical procedures. Super efficient follow up, which created a great confidence in me concerning the diagnosis and treatment. I could not have had a better treatment anywhere.

What could be improved

Food not wonderful but i was not there for the food!

It was so reassuring to have an efficient, caring and cheerful atmosphere in the ward and what amounted to a very personal attention. This in my observation applied not only to me but all the patients in Willow D. In my pre-meeting with my Consultant I was dealt with on time, with charm courtesy and clarity. Later on after admission their staff were obviously working to the same high standards and that was very reassuring. The staff had created such a cheerful atmosphere, irrespective of the reality of often difficult and stressful circumstances. The timing for hospital admission suggested was confirmed and no delays. I was informed at every stage of my treatment what was happening and reassured when anxious.
