I have been under the Royal London Gastroenterology team since the age of 13 (9 years ago). The team has always been so friendly and caring since day one - handover from children's to adult departments were smooth and i had the choice of which doctor i saw - needs always listened to by all staff in the hospital - phlebotomy, xray, ward staff, A+E or consultants.
The only less enjoyable experience was a temporary registrar thinking he knew all about me when he had no clue but that was 5 years ago.
All in all i could not fault the care i have received here, and its all about partnership!
