"Looked after well at QMC"

About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

(as the patient),

I recently stayed two nights on B3. The nurses, doctors, auxiliaries, cleaners - everyone was fantastic. Food was good. Bed linen super clean. Toilets clean. Drugs and treatment given promptly.

Only downside was moaning visitors who think the world owes them a living. Too much rudeness, surliness and downright racial and verbal aggression to staff. Without visitors poking their noses in and trying to tell health staff how to do their job, NHS employees could do even more.

It's an acute ward, things don't always go to plan. I was impressed. Keep it up.

I had to stay on a trolley till a bed was ready - no big deal. You can't have two people in one bed.

Saw too many old people in there whose families I felt had brought them into hospital rather than looking after them properly through gp care.
