What I liked

My dad was cared for on Coronary Care Unit week commencing 10th January 2011, the care from nursing staff was excellent and communication to relatives was also excellent

What could be improved

My dad had a fast track discharge home on friday 14th January, due to community nursing staff feeling discharge too quick and equipment not in place dad was re- admitted on 16th January, to Accident and Emergency for approx 4 hours and then acute medical ward, which has been distressing and I feel totally inappropriate place for Dad.AccidentsCommunicationOpening hoursPatient careAccident and emergencyNursing staff
