"Waiting to get an appointment when in pain."

I have not found this a good service. 1 person answering a busy phone. Phone engaged a lot of the time.

When I eventually get through I was informed I had to wait nearly 4 weeks some venues have 5/6 weeks wait to see someone. From my experience you are then assessed with a 20 minute appointment on lst visit, so after assessment still left waiting for treatment - not much help to patients in pain, hence the referral in the first place.
