What I liked

We attended with my great neice on Saturday following a head injury. The reception, the staff - the whole experience was excellent - it couldn't have been better. I was impressed with the general environment, with all the staff - people who don't appreciate this should come to the West Midlands and see what they'd get up here. We were obviously upset and worried - these people couldn't have been more professional or caring.

What could be improved

can't think of a thing - we even parked free - unheard of where I live
