What could be improved

Today a client I provided care for was admitted to a&e.The problem I have is with the two ambulance people.To say they were rude was an understatement.

They arrived at his home with an attitude and I was made to feel like I had interupted their day.

The man was by far the worst,when getting ready to lift the patent to his feet he said"this should be fun" and rolled his eyes.

This gentlemans house is spotless however he had a slightly full waste paper bin,he replied "that looks as bad as my daughters room".The pair of them seemed to have their eyes everywhere looking around the place.

While the woman assistant was not as bad,she still seemed like she had a bad smell under her nose.Maybe she is not used to expensive homeware and decor?AttitudeCleanlinessPatient careRudeAmbulance
