Farce of biblical proportions at Gloucester yet again!!!

Another 2 hours of my time wasted...

Got over to Gloucester from Stroud with an Xray form after being told by a doctor to make my way there, taken straight to Xray, had it done, was sent back to wait. Results of Xray took 2 hours to be told I do indeed have a pneumothorax on the right side (after they disbelieved me) and told me it was too small to have some oxygen for despite telling them that at this stage they suddenly and randomly in the past have got significantly worse...

Toilets needed a clean

Lack of organisation/co operation between staff

Arrogant receptionist more interested in having a chin wag with other staff

Saw 3 doctors smoking in the hospital grounds in uniform, thought hospitals were smoke free? If not why was I told to stop smoking outside?

Anything else?
