Dear Mr E M Baraka

I would just like to thank yourself and your excellent staff for their prompt action which as far as I am concerned saved my life for which words cannot express my thanks. If possible could you pass on my thanks to all the staff in intensive care for the outstanding care shown to me in my short time in their care and to all staff on Ward 33.

I will be forever grateful for what I consider to be a life changing experience and thankful that the NHS has the staff of the highest calibre working at Lancaster Royal Infirmary.
