What I liked

The dentist was polite, sensitive to my situation and very professional. I received a detailed examination and the course of action was explained in detail. I was impressed with the care and attention I received. The waiting time for the primary care clinic was long but I went without an appointment so was just greatful to be seen. The xray staff were also polite and explained the procedure well. I was very impressed with the service provided. Thank you for the thorough service.

What could be improved

The hospital recommended certain dental brushes and a mouthwash which were available to buy in the cafe! A designated area for this sevice could be set up to supprt the recommendatons made by the dentist on site at the clinic. The present location is not appropriate.

Anything else?

The dental team were excellent. They listened to the problem and explained the situation in detail allowing me to ask questions when required.

I recommend parking in the multi-storey car park near the hospital as waiting time is unknown.

Take a good book...as you may need to wait a while. Get to the clinic early...I got there at 7.30 am and was eighth in the ticket system. I was seen at 9.30am- Xray and consultation completed by 11.00am.AppointmentsWaiting timesAttentivePatient careServiceCar ParkX-rayDentistsCanteen
