(as the patient),

Glad to report that my experience this evening was excellent.

I had a sudden painful swelling of my knee starting yesterday, and this got much worse today. My doctor this evening suggested going to the Hospital to get it checked out.

I arrived about 8.35. Took 20 mins to check-in - due to horribly sad case ahead of me. 5 minutes afterwards I was with efficient, friendly triage nurse - took BP etc. Agreed I should see doctor.

A Dr Hussein very professional and helpful. Thought I had Bursitis, but wanted an x-ray in case anything worse.

5 minutes later, this was done. 15 minutes turnround for results.

Dr advised me to get Ibuprofen etc and take a couple of weeks to get back to normal.

Grateful outpatient left just before 10.00pm.

85 minutes elapsed time - very impressive and all the staff excellent.

How gratifying to share a good news story.
