What I liked
I was admitted at the Pelvic fracture unit in September 2009 and underwent surgery for very serious injuries including a complex pelvic fracture, under the care of a consultant. I was impressed by the professionalism of the medical staff and their kindness and dedication to all the patients. Even though they were working long and difficult hours they always had a smile on their faces and words of reassurance for everybody. I came in a desperate situation, my life hanging on a thread, and these dedicated and competent people did their best and succeeded to save my life. The ward (Gunning Ward) was very clean and everything was well organized. I could not have found a better place to be treated for a life threatening injury.FracturesSuicideSurgeryAggressiveCleanlinessDedicatedOpening hoursPatient careProfessionalismWardConsultants
