What I liked
Visited ED on a Saturday evening with young son with arm injury. Seen, x-rayed, assessed and discharged within 40 minutes. Staff were exceedingly caring and took time to ensure they spoke to my son as the patient, rather than via his parent. A very reassuring experience for a child who was worried about coming to hospital.Reassuring
