I suffered a serious whiplash injury, before I was able to see a doctor i had to give reasons to the receptionist as to why i should be allowed to see a doctor! I was refused on several occasions when i was eventually allowed i was rushed to hospital for treatment. my injuries had become infected and i was dying! In what I felt was an attempt to cover up these actions by receptionists i was accused of being aggressive towards staff. I have changed surgeries now I'm ok. I'mm allowed to see the doctor without any hassles [im 65 yrs old]
