I had an appt for 9.30am, not seen for at least an hour. I think half an hour would be acceptable, but waiting an hour is unacceptable!
The staff were lovely when I was seen - kind and took care, but I was so nervous after waiting that long I almost had a panic attack. It's a shame that such good care was spoilt by the long wait.
