What I liked

I felt that the care that my mother received was horrendous. She was treated in a general ward for geriatric patients when she is 45 years old, and had a serious brain aneurysum (subarachnoid haemorrage). The nurses were mulling around, and did not interact with any of the patients. The Doctor to patient communication was terrible. we were informed of a hospital transfer at the last minute.
