What I liked

I attended the William Harvey at 11:45 on the 29/12/10or a pre op inspection in the ENT rotary ward, on receiving excellent service off a staff member I was referred to bloods and cardiology, unfortunately I passed out for some reason whilst finishing having my bloods taken, why I'm writing this thank you is the service I received and attention and care after that was amazing, everyone rallied round and supported me always reassuring myself that all will be ok.

I am stunned with the fast,responsive assistance I received in the blood taking ward and then in A&E where I was rushed through and seen straight away.

When I regained sanity some hours later I was amazed how clean and presentable the hospital was, even when I was lost earlier in the day not one staff member just walked by, they all asked it they could help me.

A big Thank You to all that helped me yesterday and I would like to especially let one staff member know in Bloods that I'm ok!!!. Basically all the media rubbish you hear about lack of service and dirty hospitals was all put to shame yesterday.

I appreciate it's difficult getting this to all the staff involved but please try, as they deserve recognition for how they helped me.
