What I liked

My 11 year old son was admitted as a day case for surgery. We found that all the staff were extremely helpful and caring, and really treated my son, and I, with respect. The atmosphere was relaxed and It was easy to ask questions. The staff are always prepared and give you confidence in how the ward/surgery is run.

What could be improved
