What I liked
I visited my elderly mother here on Plane Ward. She was sent here from Harlow for Physio Treatment on the 23.12.10 and todate has received none. Her physical problems have deteriorated due to a lack of this service.
What could be improved
Inter hospital and professional communication.
Little or no contact with the family although we visit daily.CommunicationServiceWardPhysiotherapists
