What could be improved

After leaving previous feedback last week on the care of my mum who is 88, she was sent home on monday evening the 20th December in a worse condition than she went into hospital, her 80 year old husband had to carry her to the toilet so the next morning we had to call the doctor again who said she should never of been sent home and needed to go back to hospital, my mum insisted she wasn't going back to Leighton, the doctor agreed and said i don't blame you!!!

I took my mum to Warrington Hospital to be cared, she's now being well looked after, still in hospital and told to stay in bed until her leg is better, what a difference.

Anything else?

I received an email to my previous complaint saying the ward matron would be looking into this incident and I could give her a call to discuss it but no name was provided.ComplaintsPatient careToiletsWardDoctorsMatron
