What I liked
My husband has a radiological procedure at the hospital. The staff were at pains to ensure dignity was maintained with double gowns being used.
The waiting time was less than 5 minutes.
The radiographer and radiologist both both explained the procedure thoroughly and allowed my husband to ask any questions.
